SUMMARY:


Solutions Engineering Manager is responsible for the application and engineering activities for ETO Solutions Projects in Sahibabad plant.

 


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage leads and opportunities to quotation
  • Lead the applications team to ensure the best offers are made to the customer
  • Maintain and analyse the Solutions Quote data
  • Ensure that the customer requirements are clearly understood while handover.
  • Lead the design team to ensure timely release of designs satisfying the customer requirements
  • Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities for ETO solutions

 

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

 

  • Lead time to quote
  • Hit rate
  • Planned vs actual cost of project
  • Lead time for execution

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

Minimum:

  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in design of ergonomic handling systems and / or assembly systems
  • Bachelor or preferably Master in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering
  • Good level of English, spoken and written
  • MS Office usage

 

Additional capabilities:

  • Hands on Experience in CAD software Creo
  • Knowledge of Product Design
