Job Summary

We are seeking a driven leader to join our CPQ program team. This position will report to our CPQ program senior leader coordinating implementation and development of our CPQ platform across our sites. The CPQ program team is integral to the success of the Sales organization and helps drive gross initiatives through our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tool.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product development in CPQ with the different configurator developers.
  • Coordinate deployment of CPQ vision with the senior program manager by taking on global strategic projects from initiation to launch.
  • Drive continuous improvement of CPQ by leveraging internal and industry best practices. Recommend and drive solutions to increase sales productivity and overall tool scalability.
  • Maintain a holistic view of all selling and business system processes to understand functional impacts from CPQ.
  • Work as a trusted strategic business partner to sales and operations leader.
  • Build and maintain effective working partnerships by gaining consensus, between cross-functional stakeholders and various Milton Roy leaders.
  • Identify capabilities in CPQ to bridge gaps in efficiency and productivity.

 

Main tasks associated to responsibilities:

  • Participate in and drive CPQ weekly sessions.
  • Manage the first level of support and working closely with business partners in order to continue deployment to our channel partners.
  • Coordinate highly complex issues resolution with our internal & external IT team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal IT & external IT to drive, define and implement effective and efficient solutions to business challenges and opportunities.
  • Manage the global reporting for our business leaders.
  • Develop and maintain end-user training documents related to tools, processes, policies and programs.
  • Facilitate effective training and adoption of processes, policies, programs to sales teams, sales operations and various other cross-functional teams.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Oracle CPQ first experience in an industry environment is highly desirable.
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems requirements, testing, training and defining support procedures
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations or IT. Deep understanding of the lead-to-cash business process and supporting technologies is a must.
  • Ability to concurrently lead multiple projects and teams. Excels at cross-functional collaboration at all levels.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in a complex and challenging environment
  • English (intermediate level B2 Linguaskill) mandatory as our CPQ instance is evolving in a global model including multiple countries.
