Job Summary
The Sales Support Specialist supports both post-sales (aftermarket) and for upgrade activities for engineered products in the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on ensuring high customer satisfaction, efficient order execution, and identification of business opportunities related to spare parts, services, and upgrades.
Responsibilities
Manage customer requests related to spare parts, repairs and product upgrades.
Prepare and issue quotations for aftermarket solutions based on technical specifications, BOMs, and customer requirements.
Follow up on aftermarket orders, ensuring on-time delivery, cost control, and compliance with quality standards.
Provide technical and commercial support to customers regarding installed equipment.
Identify opportunities for additional sales (spare parts packages, upgrades, retrofit solutions, service agreements).
Maintain and update installed base data and aftermarket records.
Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.
Support contract review and order handover from sales to execution teams.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or equivalent) or Technical Diploma with relevant experience.
2–5 years of experience in aftermarket, sales support, or technical sales in Oil & Gas or similar industries.
Experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) products is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of industrial equipment (e.g., rotating equipment, valves, pressure systems) is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and CRM tools.

Basic Qualifications
- Preferably some type of technical education, either intermediate or higher level (preferably in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical, or High school Diploma).
- Languages: English level B2
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High degree of autonomy, while also capable of working in multidisciplinary teams.
