Field Service technician (m/f/d)

Objective of this position:

For our service team we are looking for a customer-oriented and independently working service technician. Seize the opportunity and help us with your vision to keep our promise to the customers and further strengthen our brand. Become part of our team and strengthen our service capabilities

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out service and repairs on stationary industrial compressors
  • Commissioning, assembly and operational checks, air audit, trouble shooting
  • Acceptances, handovers and training/introduction of customers according to operating instructions
  • Active support and technical advice to customers
  • Technical support and cooperation with the regional sales consultant
  • Proposals for targeted quality/product improvements to the supervisor
  • Conclusion of service contracts after successful commissioning
  • Responsible for customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Participate in internal/external training courses at supplier plants
  • On-call service

 

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical vocational training e.g. as polymechanic or similar.
  • Good electrotechnical knowledge
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a comparable position
  • Teamplayer
  • Service-oriented approach to customers
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • You keep an overview even in hectic times.
  • You like to work independently, responsible and quality conscious
  • Physically fit
  • German language skills on level C1
  • Good knowledge of English
