Job Summary

To develop and execute an effective product strategy for the Industrial Vacuum Elmo Rietschle products portfolio while ensuring profitable growth and market shares development. Developing and executing effective product strategies for existing products within our key markets, providing the required level of competitor analysis, market analysis and application information to identify short, medium and long-term business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and support addition of Key & Strategic Accounts related to the products portfolio
  • Ensuring the product development strategy meets the needs of our customers, whilst maximising profitability
  • Indirectly manage Key & Strategic Accounts by ensuring their factory related needs are fulfilled (new products introduction, KPI review, recurring progress meetings etc.)
  • Provide financial, market, application and competition reviews of Key & Strategic Accounts to define the strategy forward
  • Work with, support and develop knowledge of the Sales teams to ensure we drive sales growth and improved profitability
  • Manage and develop local Product Management team to support product strategy and growth plans

Basic Qualifications

  • Sound educational background in Mechanical Engineering or Technical marketing. A degree or equivalent education would be beneficial
  • Experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering or relevant sales experience within the Vacuum, Blower, Centrifugal pumps or Compressor industries
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. English required

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

This is a hybrid role (home office considered but site presence mandatory) with some ad-hoc travel

  • Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to effectively operate in a diverse team of people, and facilitate effective cross-cultural business inter-action
