In order to support the development of the activity in France, we are looking for a Maintenance Service Technician (M/F) ready to take on the new challenges offered

 

Main mission :

The Service Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing operational support and follow-up to customers for the performance of Services. Tasks include, but are not limited to, commissioning, installation, on-site assistance, execution of the preventive maintenance contract and calibration according to the terms of the signed contract.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain service planning (maintenance, on-site support, calibration, installation and any service offering from the EMEA portfolio)
  • Plan and communicate with the customer to facilitate maintenance, on-site, calibration, installation and any service offering of the EMEA portfolio on the set dates.
  • Implement warranty service and repairs on tools in accordance with the signed extended warranty contract,
  • Administratively manage the activity within its scope (invoice, quote, etc.) and provide the documents
  • Manage and optimize the stock of spare parts, carry out the annual stock inventory
  • Reporting customer information to relevant departments
  • Maintain tools and work environment (service vehicle, tools, PC, spare parts stock)
  • Ensure that workshop calibration equipment is maintained in good working order.

 

Basic qualifications:

  • BTS/DUT or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
  • Ability to understand technical drawings, circuit diagrams and parts diagrams.
  • Driving license B required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

Place of activity:

  • Travel to France to be expected for approximately 50% of the time
  • Excluding travel, the position is based in Chalifert (Seine et Marne)
