These people have been communicating fraudulent job opportunities and asking for sensitive personal and/or financial information. We urge you to be cautious and wary of recruitment scams in which fraudsters pretend to represent us.
Ingersoll Rand recruiters will not:
- Ask for personal information such as government ID or banking information as part of the application process. If these are requested, it will occur after interviews and an employment offer has been accepted.
- Ask you to pay upfront fees for a job or equipment. And they won’t ask you to pay them using cash, Zelle or PayPal. Anyone who does is a scammer.
- Provide an employment offer without a formal interview.
