Global Category Leader – Heat Exchangers & Valves
Location: Spain/ Remote
Role Summary
This role is a Global Category Leader position responsible for elevating enterprise procurement capability. The role owns a high-value global spend portfolio of $170M+ and operates as a highly influential individual contributor, leading a global category within a global pod (8-10 members) with a dotted-line model. Success requires executive presence, speed of execution, and the ability to influence across business units.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global category strategy aligned with engineering
- Drive supplier innovation and strategic partnerships
- Leverage AI and analytics for cost and sourcing optimization
- Present to senior executives often (including the Chief Procurement Officer as needed)
- Support data centers as a key growth engine for Ingersoll Rand, ensuring the Motors (and others) category strategy and supply base scale to meet accelerating demand
