• Lead cross-functional project teams to execute implementation of digital product interaction and tagging across multiple production sites and brands, managing timelines, resources, and risks.

• Develop and manage reporting on digital product interaction initiatives, including key quality metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization. • Manage product data quality, perform data loads, and work with business units to identify data gaps and develop countermeasures.

 • Drive the adoption of digital product interaction tools and standard work processes with effective change management, communication, and collaboration with local operations and brand teams.

 • Contribute to the development of training and enablement materials supporting digital product interaction programs and the associated technologies.

 • Engage with stakeholders at various levels to communicate program objectives, progress, outcomes, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, program management, delivery lead, or related roles, in technical projects, ideally with a focus on digital transformation.

• Experience in project budget development, creation of business cases and financial management.

• Experience in process definition, improvement, and implementation. • A solid understanding of the technologies relevant to digital customer interaction solutions (e.g., QR codes, NFC, APIs, mobile applications, data flows).

• Experience or understanding of change management principles and practices, particularly in the context of digital transformation initiatives.
