Service Technician (m/f/d) for Region West Switzerland

 

 

Objective of this position:

 

You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and commissioning of industrial equipment for customers in the regions of Vaud, Fribourg and Geneva, including support in the Jura region.

 

Your tasks:

  • Perform service, troubleshooting and repairs on stationary industrial compressors.
  • Commissioning, assembly and operational checks, air audit, trouble shooting
  • Acceptances, handovers and training/introduction of customers according to operating instructions
  • Active support and technical advice to customers
  • Technical support and cooperation with the regional sales consultant
  • Proposals for targeted quality/product improvements to the supervisor
  • Responsible for customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Participate in internal/external training courses at supplier plants

 

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical vocational training e.g. as polymechanic or similar.
  • Good electrotechnical knowledge
  • 2-3 years of work experience in a comparable position
  • Team player
  • Service-oriented approach to customers
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
  • You are sociable, communicative, motivated and versatile
  • You maintain an overview even in hectic times.
  • You like to work independently, responsibly and quality-consciously
  • Physically fit
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
