Job & Division Summary: 

 

Gardner Denver Thomas GmbH, a part of Ingersoll Rand’s Precision and Science Technologies unit, has been meeting compressor and pump needs for over 60 years. We are specialists in serving original equipment manufacturers in medical-, automotive and environmental applications to fulfill their needs for gas and liquid transportation.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the preparation and execution of decision-making meetings for the executive management. This includes the creation of dashboards and reports that contribute to informed decision-making.
  • You will take on the administration and configuration of our project management software (PPM Pro, Projectplace). In doing so, you ensure continuous improvement and adaptation of the software to our business processes.
  • You support and train department heads and project managers in the areas of resource management, project management, and project planning.
  • Your goal is to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects. You will work closely with our product managers and support them in all project-related tasks.
  • You will take on the leadership of your own projects, from the creation of the business case to resource and time planning, through to successful implementation.

Qualifications:            

  • You have several years of professional experience in project management and ideally a certification as a project manager (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • You possess in-depth knowledge and experience in moderating and preparing decision-making meetings as well as creating dashboards and reports.
  • You have experience in the administration and configuration of project management software and are always striving to improve and adapt processes.
  • You enjoy sharing knowledge and supporting and training others in the areas of resource management, project management, and project planning.
  • You are capable of independently leading projects, including the creation of business cases, resource planning, and scheduling.
  • Proficient in English & German, both written and spoken.
