Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Service Techniker (m/w/d) für den Bereich Schraubenkompressoren im PLZ-Gebiet 04 - 08.

 

Stellenzusammenfassung: 

Selbstständige Umsetzung von Installation-, Service- und Wartungsaufgaben für unsere Kunden zur Unterstützung des Wachstumsprozesses für den Service und Parts Bereich. Ausgeprägter Kundenfokus und aktive Vermarktung des Services als Produkt, mit dem damit verbundenen wiederkehrenden Umsatz.

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Kundendienst für Installation-, Service- und Wartungsaufgaben an Ingersoll Rand- und anderen Druckluftanlagen und den dazugehörigen Aufbereitungsanlagen
  • Einweisung und Schulung des Bedienerpersonals
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung für Service und Ersatzteilangeboten
  • Aktive Beratung des Kunden hinsichtlich Wartung und Instandhaltung

 

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Technisch abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Energieelektroniker)
  • Erfahrung im technischen Außendienst 
  • Kenntnisse aus der Druckluftbranche oder Kältetechnik

 

Reise-und Arbeitsregelungen:

Im Rahmen des Berufes ist eine hohe Reisebereitschaft erforderlich. 

 

Schüsselkompetenzen:

  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und gute PC-(MS-Office) -Kenntnisse
  • Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohe Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 80%)
