Job Summary

To provide quotations for internal blower refurbishments and repairs, working to strict deadlines alongside the workshop team providing a quality customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creation of all quotations for Blower repairs within the workshop (parts and labour)
  • Purchasing of required repair materials
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Overseeing disposal of BER machines
  • Arranging replacement quotations
  • Own the warranty process
  • Customer liaison throughout the repair process
  • Close working with the Repair team

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum GCSE’s in Maths and English.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system
  • Technical knowledge of engineering or blowers, vacuum pumps and compressors is a plus but not essential.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week
