At Industrial Blower Services we have provided air and gas moving solutions to our customers for over 3 decades. We were the UK’s largest independent blower specialist company before being acquired by Ingersoll Rand in 2021. Job Summary

To provide quotations for internal blower refurbishments and repairs, working to strict deadlines alongside the workshop team providing a quality customer experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creation of all quotations for Blower repairs within the workshop (parts and labour)
  • Purchasing of required repair materials
  • Arranging collections and deliveries
  • Overseeing disposal of BER machines
  • Arranging replacement quotations
  • Own the warranty process
  • Customer liaison throughout the repair process
  • Close working with the Repair team

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum GCSE’s in Maths and English.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system
  • Technical knowledge of engineering or blowers, vacuum pumps and compressors is a plus but not essential.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Fully site based, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week
