Import/Export Specialist (m/w/d)

Stellenzusammenfassung: 

Als Import/Export Specialist übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für reibungslose Zollprozesse und den landesweiten Versand von Waren und/oder Materialien unter Einhaltung aller landesspezifischen Regeln und Gesetze.

 

Verantwortungsbereiche:

  • Sicherstellung der Zollprozesse und die Abwicklung aller zollrelevanten Tätigkeiten inkl. Preiskalkulation für Transport-/Zollgebühren
  • Versand der Ware und/oder Materialien landesweit und über die Landesgrenzen hinaus unter Einhaltung der landesspezifischen Regeln und Gesetze
  • Koordination und Ergänzung der Formalitäten und des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Organisation von Sonderfahrten
  • Abwicklung von See- und Luftfrachttransporten (Export) sowie Landtransporten
  • Prüfung der Prozesse im Hinblick auf die Einhaltung von Compliance und Embargo Vorgaben
  • Reporting / Masterdata / Exportkontrollfunktion 

 

Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung im Zoll- und Exportbereich? Perfekt! Wenn du schon ca. 3 Jahre dabei bist, umso besser
  • Teamplayer? Check! Kommunikation liegt dir im Blut

 

Schüsselkompetenzen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (3 Jahre)
  • Du bist motiviert, zuverlässig und packst gerne Verantwortung an
  • Dein Englisch ist gut – in Wort und Schrift
  • MS Office? Für dich kein Hexenwerk
