Within the Industrial Business – Compressor Division, the Moissy-Cramayel site places Health, Safety, and Environment at the core of its priorities. In this context, we are seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the Site EHS Manager and actively contribute to the deployment of the Group’s EHS policy.

 

Main Mission

Reporting to the Site EHS Manager at Moissy-Cramayel, you will support the deployment, implementation, and monitoring of Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives. You will contribute to the development of a strong EHS culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the implementation of Group EHS standards.

 

Responsibilities

* Support the Site EHS Manager on all Health, Safety, and Environment topics;

* Implement and drive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures on site;

* Deploy and ensure compliance with annual Group EHS standards;

* Maintain and update EHS documentation and assess the impact of changes related to health, safety, and environment;

* Ensure site environmental compliance (waste management, water, air, transportation of hazardous materials);

* Prepare and monitor EHS reporting (KPIs, dashboards), notably through the Gensuite tool, for EHS France and Corporate reporting;

* Actively participate in the analysis, investigation, and reporting of accidents, first aid cases, near misses, and hazardous situations;

* Contribute to the development of the site EHS culture through employee training and awareness initiatives (new hire induction, safety talks, internal training sessions);

* Conduct Behavioral-Based Safety (BBS) audits, site inspections, and occupational risk assessments;

* Update the risk assessment document (DUERP) and follow up on related action plans;

* Contribute to continuous improvement of working conditions;

* Plan and monitor periodic mandatory inspections and associated corrective actions;

* Train employees on occupational risks;

* Manage the distribution and replenishment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);

* Implement and monitor site environmental action plans;

* Perform EHS regulatory monitoring;

* Analyze occupational accidents and occupational diseases and ensure follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.

 

Profile

* First successful experience within an EHS department in an industrial environment;

* Minimum associate degree (Bac +2) in EHS, HSE, or industrial risk management;

* Ability to manage and follow up on projects;

* Strong interest in hands-on, field-based work;

* Strong written and interpersonal communication skills;

* Good level of English required (written and spoken).
