Job Summary

In real technical support, you carry out assessments, repairs, maintenance, installations and commissioning in the workshop or at customers' premises (depending on the fluctuation of activity), in France, abroad, on the range of Industrial Products, compressors , boosters and vacuum pumps.

Travel is estimated at at least 50% of your working time throughout the national territory and occasionally abroad (overseas France, Europe/outside Europe). Depending on the activity, repairs and assessments are also to be carried out at the Moissy-Cramayel workshop.

You carry out your missions in compliance with legal and internal security rules. You provide a prevention, information and recommendations service to customers.

You are the preferred contact for customers during your meetings. You are supervised, on the repair part, by the workshop manager and report to the after-sales service manager. You are required to interact with your colleagues in the after-sales service, the sales department and factories based abroad.

Responsibilities

• Carry out expert maintenance or repair actions in the workshop or at customer sites, according to the instructions received while complying with the company's safety rules and those in application on customer sites (Prevention Plan);

• Receive telephone requests for technical information from our customers for a pre-diagnosis with a view to intervention if necessary;

• Inspect equipment, establish repair quotes and intervene for repair or improvement;

• Carry out preventive and curative maintenance operations;

• Prepare the elements for establishing maintenance quotes;

• Set up connections for new or reconditioned devices at customers’ premises;

• Prepare and send intervention reports to the after-sales service manager;

• Manage the priorities of troubleshooting actions;

• Provide a prevention, information and recommendations service to customers;

• Provide technical training on our products to customers (control of the product range);

• Participate in the development of the sale of maintenance contracts in collaboration with the after-sales service manager and salespeople;

• Manage and monitor projects and interventions with the internal team, subcontractors and clients (transversal management);

• Carry out your work while wearing the necessary PPE, taking into account the associated risks.

Basic Qualifications

• The position requires knowledge of BTS industrial maintenance level, CAP Mechanic or electromechanic

• Basics in automation would be a +

• Electrical clearances and chemical risks N2, ATEX

• English would be a considerable asset for traveling abroad 

•Driving license

Key competencies

• In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanics

• General knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics and notions of automation 

• 3/5 years and skills or experience in the field of industrial maintenance
