Position based in France - Administrative attachment to the Moissy-Cramayel headquarters 

 

Position Summary

As a true technical and commercial support, you will be responsible for the management and business development of the vacuum and pressure after-sales service activity (range of Hibon and Robuschi Industrial Products blowers, compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps, centrifugal and turbo pumps) in the national sector.

 

Responsible for your business, you will develop your strategy in collaboration with your manager.

 

Travel to customer sites can represent up to 100% of your working time throughout the country and abroad from time to time (France abroad, in Europe/outside Europe). On average, sales visits last 3 days a week, it is necessary to be combative and perceptive in front of a varied clientele, acting in many fields (industry, chemistry, energy, water and waste treatment, ...).

 

You carry out your missions in compliance with legal and internal security rules. You will provide a prevention, information and recommendation service to customers.

 

You are the privileged interlocutor of customers during your exchanges. You are supervised and report to the service desk manager. You are required to communicate with your colleagues in the after-sales service, the sales department and the factories based in France and abroad.

 

Places of residence in France (position attached to the headquarters of Moissy Cramayel).

 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of the customer portfolio through commercial prospecting and customer loyalty
  • To develop the maintenance and maintenance contract offer for our machine park by increasing our recurring revenue.
  • Write bids, monitor tenders, etc.
  • Manage orders (follow-up, reminders, SAP entries)
  • Know and analyze the market and its specificities
  • Provide prevention, information and technical recommendations to clients
  • Carry out the report on the commercial activity and participate in the weekly report of its activity (KPI and workload monitoring)
  • Provide technical training of our products to customers (mastery of the product range);
  • Participate in the resolution of disputes
  • Follow current policies

 

Relationship with other departments: All departments of the company

Relations with external organizations: Distributors, direct customers, suppliers, subcontractors

 

Basic Qualifications

  • 3 / 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • The job requires knowledge of BTS level + commercial training if possible

Key Competencies

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, industrial mechanics, pneumatics. Notions of automation ideally
  • Knowledge of customer and industrial processes
  • Proficiency in the company's IT tools (Office Pack, Outlook, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Others: B licence and electrical accreditations
  • National and international mobility required
  • Domiciled in metropolitan France

English: Business, B1 level required
