Job Summary

The Documentation Manager ensures coordination and implementation of activities within the Documentation department.
He/She ensures the management, support, and skills development of the department’s employees.

 

Responsibilities

 

Management and development of the team


• Manage the S&OP process for the documentation team to ensure medium and long term load-capacity balance
• Participate in the documentation quotation and P0 meeting
• Improve team efficiency
• Promote the improvement of team skills and cross-training
• Give feedback to team members
• Formalize assessments in due time
• Help people manage their time by coordinating and delegating appropriately
• Define SMART goals in line with the company’s objectives
• Integrating continuous improvement into daily life:

o Gather anomalies, select priorities and eliminate priorities
o Improve the maturity of key processes
o Standardize work
o Managing knowledge
 
Management of documentation is in line with: 


• The satisfaction of customer needs

o Contribution to the Quote Review and the Commercial Contract Review
o Contribution to the Review of the Technical Contract and KOM
o Regulated documentation
o Contribute to lessons learned reviews


The timely delivery of documentation elements


o Ensure detailed documentation Planning and monitoring are properly carried out on each contract
o Perform regulated documentation on time


• The quality of the customer experience with Ingersoll Rand, thanks to a good interface with the customer

Documentation improvement process to deliver a service within the allotted time
• Implement a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Implement real knowledge management processes

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Similar experience in an industrial environnement, especially in oil and gas products. 
  • 1st experience in management required.
  • Fluent in french and English.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • No travel.
