Job Summary

The Project Manager ensures the coordination and implementation of activities within the Projects department.

He/She ensures the management, support, and skills development of the department’s employees.

He/She supports the team in managing operational activities.

 

Responsibilities

Manage and develop the team

• Manage the S&OP process for the project team to ensure medium- and long-term load-capacity balance

• Improve team efficiency

• Promote the improvement of team skills and cross-training

• Give feedback to team members

• Formalize assessments in a timely manner and define SMART goals in line with the company’s objectives

• Help employees manage their time by coordinating and delegating appropriately

 

Coordinate the execution of project management activities

• Ensure the satisfaction of customer needs by managing operational activities, from pre-offer review, from the passage of orders to delivery and payment

• Identify, analyze, and control project risks

• Intervene in support of the technical coordination of services

• Federate all stakeholders for the successful completion of activities

• Maintaining the quality of the customer experience with Ingersoll Rand

• Ensuring the application of work standards

 

Participate and lead the continuous improvement process

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Similar experience confirmed within an industrial environment, notably in product management related to the oil and gas market.
  • First managerial experience required.
  • Mastery of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 Linguaskill) and french.

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Occasional trips - Ability and willingness to travel, as needed.
