Job Summary

As a QEHS Manager, you are responsible for the quality of Milton Roy Europe products shipped to customers and their regulatory compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.

You guarantee the safety of employees working at Milton Roy Europe, ensure ongoing site regulatory compliance on EHS aspects and maintain the necessary certifications for the operation of the company (ISO45001 – ISO 9001 – ISO 14001 – ISO 50001).

 

Responsibilities

  • QEHS Strategy
    • • Propose a strategic QEHS vision for all activities conducted
    • • Decline the group’s QEHS policy on the site
    • • Promote continuous improvement and support process pilots in the identification of risks / opportunities and the development of progress plans related to the Company’s strategy.

 

  • Ensure regulatory compliance
    •     • Ensure regulatory compliance of our products against applicable directives and standards
    •     • Ensure the regulatory compliance of our facilities with applicable directives and our prefectural decree,
    •     • Ensure the maintenance of ISO certifications of the site

 

  • Ensure the safety of employees, ensure product compliance and minimize the environmental impact of activities
    •      • Define and manage progress plans to achieve the objectives set in terms of:

- Zero Accident

- Improving customer satisfaction

- Reduction of non-quality costs (COPQ)

- Reducing the impact of our activities on the environment

 

  • Facilitation the weekly customer complaints review. Take charge of the resolution and ensure communication to customers of major customer complaints. Analyse customer feedback and identify areas of progress to reduce CCOB
  • Define with Procurement the supplier strategy to optimize the performance of quality / cost / lead time of purchased components.
  • Promote internal and external communication in QEHS areas

 

  • Manage a team:
    • Set SMART goals in line with the company strategy
    • Ensure achievement of objectives
    • Develop team skills and versatility
    • Provide feedback to your team
    • Improve the collective performance of the team

 

 

Basic Qualifications

• Advanced training QEHS

• 10 years of experience in a similar position in an international industrial environment

• First management experience required

• Knowledge of quality tools, regulatory texts and standards related to the activity

• French speaking

• English required (intermediate level B2 Linguaskill)
