This expertise is used through a wide range of products for compressed air (compressed air filter, compressed air dryer, compressed air refrigerant, condensate treatment) and adaptable elements for filters of all brands. With regard to industrial fluids, the PARTENAIR team supports you in the production of chilled water, vacuum, breathing air and nitrogen.

 

Job Summary 

As part of the local Management Team, you will be responsible for managing the operations to ensure customer sales orders are processed timely and correctly and dispatched to the customers on-time, while ensuring quality of service and products.

You will ensure that your teams support the commercial team and technical team to deliver high quality service and performance to our customers. You will manage any after-market service requirement and liaise with the commercial and technical teams to provide the customers with the service they require.

You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and profitability

 

Responsibilities 

 

Operational Management:

    • Manage the Operational Teams (Internal Sales Administration and After-Market Service Team & Internal Marketing Team and Logistics & Warehouse Team).
    • Determine action priorities for the Operational Teams.
    • Act as an interface between the various departments of the local Company: Commercial Department, Technical Department, Finance Department.
    • Collaborate with Ingersoll Rand departments, like: Management, HR, Marketing, EHS, IT, Etc.

 

Strategy and Development:

    • From an Operations point of view define the means to be implemented to develop turnover and Company profitability.
    • Lead initiatives to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal processes.
    • Anticipate market developments and the impact on the Companies Operations.
    • Contribute to product launches and the Companies digital activities.
    • Participate and supervise strategic projects for the Company in collaboration with Ingersoll Rand.

 

Human Resources Management:

    • Participate in staff management, including recruitment, training and performance evaluation.
    • Promote a healthy and motivating work environment.

 

Relationship with Partners and Stakeholders:

    • Represent the Company to its partners

 

Controlling and Reporting:

    • Monitor performance indicators and produce regular reports.
    • Interpret the results according to the objectives
    • Participate in the preparation of budget reports and activity reports.
    • Evaluate the business impact of a decision
    • Carry out statistical studies on transport and after-sales service operations

 

Basic Qualifications 

Fluency in English required.

Knowledge of or sensitivity to IT (software, web, ERP, Microsoft tools – Word, Excel).

Valid driver’s license.
