You will coordinate the design, customization, and delivery of vacuum systems that meet unique application needs across industries.

 

Job Summary

The Leader of New Development is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and implementation of innovative vacuum pump solutions. This role is crucial in driving technological advancements and ensuring the company's competitiveness in the global market

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the development team to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement research and development strategies.
  • Oversee the entire development process from concept phase to market launch.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create synergies and optimize product development.
  • Plan and monitor budgets for development projects.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends in the vacuum pump sector.
  • Present development progress and results to the executive management.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in the development and production of vacuum pumps or similar products.
  • Leadership experience and proven ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Solid knowledge of project management and development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Innovative mindset and willingness to explore new approaches.
  • Fluent in German and English.
