Job Summary
As our Aftermarket Specialist, you are responsible of the promotion and sales of aftermarket parts and services to existing and new customers. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's product offerings, the ability to identify our customers’ needs, and the skills to provide solutions that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Customer relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing customer base, while actively seeking new opportunities in the market. Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of their purchased aftermarket products
- Customer service: Responding to customer inquiries, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate aftermarket products and services. Maintaining and creating aftermarket prices, prepare quotes for aftermarket parts and services. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Strategy: Manage and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for aftermarket products and services. Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Internal collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, product development and service teams to identify aftermarket sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support aftermarket sales
Basic Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or training in sales and customer service are a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software

Key Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industries
