As part of our international development, we are looking for an Export Manager for Eastern Europe.
Mission :
The Export Manager is responsible for promoting our metering pump system, by developing and coordinating a network of distributors, installers and professional customers in Central and Eastern Europe.
He/she identifies new business opportunities and actively monitors markets and business trends.
Main Activities :
- Define and implement export sales strategy for Eastern Europe.
- Identify, qualify and lead a network of local distributors and partners.
- Train distributors in our technical and marketing solutions.
- Promote our products to strategic customers (Key Accounts).
- Monitor the competition and pass on information to the marketing department.
- Participate in trade shows and give technical demonstrations.
- Ensure structured reporting and monitoring of the annual sales plan.
- Contribute to sales strategy in conjunction with Tresses head office.
Skills Required :
- Sales, negotiation and management and development of distribution networks in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Ability to interact with a variety of technical contacts
- Fluent in English, German and Polish
- Proficiency in IT and reporting tools (Pack Office, PowerBi, Salesforce)
Qualifications & Other skills :
With a minimum of 3 years' higher education in a business school, you have at least 5 years' proven experience in the commercial development of technical and/or industrial solutions on an international scale.
Familiarity with industrial environments or the water treatment sector would be an asset.
Autonomous, rigorous and with excellent interpersonal skills, you have successfully evolved in a variety of contexts thanks to your curiosity and adaptability.
You particularly enjoy working as part of a team in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
The position requires you to spend most of your time in the field.
