Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you target potential clients and assess sales opportunities. You organize meetings with existing and potential clients and propose products and solutions. You are responsible for achieving and developing revenue within the framework of the objectives previously set in the budget and revised annually for clients. You identify specific product needs in your market and ensure coordination between departments (Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Production) to enable development and viability.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial activity and sales in the assigned sector;
- Field sales animation with clients;
- Contract negotiation with engineering firms (EPC type), end users (petrochemicals, oil and gas, etc.), and resellers/distributors;
- Analyze revenue trends in the client portfolio to initiate new actions;
- Ensure follow-up with existing clients;
- Analyze the client's specifications by proposing the most suitable offer;
- Prospect in the assigned sector to increase the client portfolio;
- Define and propose commercial actions to ensure sector development and product promotion;
- Set price levels subject to manager validation;
- Identify solutions to penetrate new markets;
- Participate in the implementation of marketing actions (trade shows, brochures, press articles);
- Provide weekly reporting to the Commercial Division Director;
- Coordinate information with other European subsidiaries and the Hibon factory when necessary;
- On the field, ensure communication with other company departments by relaying client information and needs (Customer Service, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and After-Sales Service);
- Variable travel duration (from 1 to 5 days) depending on the sectors visited.
Prerequisites
The job requires knowledge equivalent to a bac+2/3 level in the commercial field.

- General knowledge in commercial strategy, electricity, electric motors, and in-depth knowledge in mechanics and hydraulics;
