Description:

Together with the Regional Service Coordinator, the Service Planner is jointly responsible for coordinating the daily technician planning and taking care of the entire service administration with the aim of efficient deployment of the service team and support for the Service Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

For all products carried by the organization within the assigned focus area, your activities include, but are not limited to:

 

Scheduling:

  • Taking care of the service planning of a team of service technicians
  • Making maintenance appointments with the customer
  • Scheduling and updating maintenance activities
  • Carrying out preparatory work and monitoring service activities.

 

Contact:

  • You are the first point of contact for both inside and outside the organization in the field of service
  • You ask specific questions in order to properly assess the customer's question and to estimate what costs and time are required
  • You are in contact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.

 

Administration/Reporting:

  • Ordering parts through our automated system
  • Collect timesheets, service receipts of the work performed and check these for correctness and completeness
  • Provide input to the Service Coordinator regarding weekly forecast reporting with regard to the deployment of technicians, orders booked and expected turnover.
  • The work will take place in Zoeterwoude, but it also happens that you sometimes go to the customer.

 

 What do we ask:

  • MBO in a technical and/or administrative direction
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial service environment
  • Knowledge of service planning and experience in a service organization
  • Experience with QEHS systems, VCA-vol is an advantage
  • good command of the Dutch and English language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to work both in a team and independently
