Position Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, surveying sites, designing plans, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with contractors and other professionals, and ensuring that projects comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Supervise construction and maintenance work and provide technical advice to clients and stakeholders
• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues when assets malfunction, and design and implement maintenance programs to improve reliability and extend the life of assets.
• In addition, they are responsible for managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Analyze the manufacturing methods and production processes involved in delivering projects, both strategic and continual improvement initiatives

Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor degree or higher education in an engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10 years related experience in manufacturing or assembly processes
• CAD experience (Creo, SolidWorks or AutoCAD) is desirable
• Significant use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and NAV with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memos, emails, SOP’s, regulations, and other materials required
• Ability to effectively present information verbally to other employees of the organization
• Must effectively demonstrate the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in written format.
• Ability to add, subtract, and multiply applying statistical and other complex mathematic concepts when needed
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and a commitment to safety
