Job description - Area Sales Account Manager

 

 

Core Tasks

  • Execute SEEPEX sales and service business in Japan in close cooperation with the Managing Director SEEPEX Japan and in accordance with the organization’s policy and applicable laws.

 

  • Achieve satisfactory sales volume and market share by maintaining good relationship and contact with the market, sales channels and introduction of new products and digital solutions to Japan.

 

  • Active observation on sales channel developments and feedback to the Managing Director.
  • Proactive buildup of Brand Awareness in Japan focusing on our technological advantages.
  • Support the Managing Director of SEEPEX Japan in drawing up a sales strategy for the region

by providing appropriate information required.

  • Ensure that the company targets are met within the guidelines of our company objectives policy by way of putting into practice the sales and marketing strategy and through achievement of the projected sales targets throughout the sales territory in accordance with individual target agreements.
  • Support the SEEPEX product and application knowledge transfer, training and monitoring knowledge to distributors.

 

 

 

Supporting Tasks

  • Support sales forecasts. Investigate and propose pricing levels to the Managing Director SEEPEX Japan. Utilize performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Monitoring competitors’ products, sales and marketing activities.

 

  • Establish and maintains relationship with industry influencer, key partners, distributors and dealers.

 

  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualities

  • Strong in English communication is a plus, but not a must.

 

  • Open mind and a team player

 

  • Solution/Goal orientated.

 

  • Organized and independent

 

  • Used to Japanese business manners and customs.
