About Us

We are a sales and service office for Ingersoll Rand Industrial Ireland based in Arlandastad, Sweden. Our focus is to maintain and grow our sales and service businesses within the compressed air industry. Our portfolio includes Ingersoll Rand OEM compressors, air treatment and services.

Job Summary

Identifies, research and contacts prospective customers to build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. Delivers high quality customer service by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services. Negotiate prices and delivery times within established limits of authority to close the sales process.



  • Sales of Industrial Technologies & Services products incl. air compressor, compressed air treatment, controls and services to accounts in the general and industry following the company strategy.
  • Drive demand creating activities
  • Sales of services such as service agreements, audits and surveys
  • Analyse the result of audits and make recommendations.
  • Administrate and follow-up the implementation of sales orders.
  • Perform & participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, customer trainings & seminars, advertising etc
  • Creation of a sufficient pipeline opportunities to support the growth objectives.
  • Maintain company ERP system as per company procedures

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong team player.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Driving licence (B)
  • Computer skills (proficiency in Office365, SFA or similar CRM system)
  • Education in technical sales (or equal work experience min. 3 years)
  • Knowledge within compressed air or the willingness to adopt the knowledge swiftly.   

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Comfortable with travel including overnight stays.
  • You will belong to our office in Arlandastad but have a hybrid workplace.
