Job Summary

As Area Sales Manager Southern Sweden, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding SEEPEX's market presence within your region. You will act as a trusted partner to customers, providing technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting while building long-term relationships with end-users, OEMs, and contractors. As part of the Nordic Sales Organization, you will play a key role in strengthening SEEPEX's position in the Swedish market.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of SEEPEX progressive cavity pumps and related solutions in Southern Sweden.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, end-users, OEMs, and contractors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand SEEPEX's regional market presence.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and technical consultation through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Provide technical support and implement solution-based sales approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Service, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights.
  • Represent SEEPEX at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs.

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical B2B sales.
  • Experience in industrial sales, ideally within pumps, fluid handling, process equipment, or related industries.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Fluent Swedish and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Valid driver's license

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Possibility to work from home, office located in Arlanda.

This position requires extensive travel within the region, so willingness to travel is required.
