Qualification - B. Tech (Mechanical)

 

Years of Experience - 7 - 10 Years

 

Job Description 

 

1. Should be able to handle complete product design/development activity. Forward-looking approach. 

2. Be responsible for the design of products, components and assemblies/Dwg in 3d/2D – SolidWorks/ Inventor & AutoCAD.

3. Design Calculations, selection of standard components related to design and development.

4. Maintaining engineering documents such as specifications, bill of material, Tech. data sheet, ECN.

5. Participate in design reviews to surface issues and derive optimal robust solutions that satisfy business, product, and quality needs.

6. To provide support to purchase a team/Vendor for development, production & QC.

7. Knowledge of proper drawing annotations & Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances (GD&T).

8. Overseeing the development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.

9. Good knowledge of manufacturing process and material selection.

10. Good to have CFD(Computational fluid dynamics) knowledge and able to understand the CFD results.

11. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and good interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers, and vendors
