In order to support the development of the activity in France, we are looking for a Warehouse Worker (M/F) ready to take on the new challenges offered to this Business Unit.

 

Purposes:

In compliance with safety rules and procedures, the warehouse worker participates in the company's logistics function by ensuring the reception, storage, preparation and distribution of goods. These activities require the use of an information system and handling tools.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive the goods:

    • Collect and identify documents
    • Identify anomalies (delivery and packaging)
    • Record the reception

 

  • Store the goods:

    • Save stock

 

  • Prepare orders:

    • Collect and/or complete preparation vouchers
    • Pack, label, protect goods when shipping
    • Record preparation vouchers

 

  • Ship the goods:
    • Organize and route goods to the shipping area

 

  • Manage inventory:

    • Track inventory
    • Dealing with anomalies
    • Carry out the inventory

 

  • Manage contacts with delivery people and suppliers:
    • Providing information to customers (order tracking)
    • Track requests (disputes, various modifications, etc.)

 

  • Engage in a continuous improvement process:
    • Manage performance indicators:
    • Define and deploy corrective actions in the event of a deviation

 

Basic qualifications

  • CAP Logistics Operator or equivalent
  • 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Hold the CACES forklift driver qualification (and be skilled in handling handling equipment) or be willing to do so

 

Travel and work arrangements and requirements
