Job Summary

Experience in finalizing/closing books of accounts under Indian GAAP

Experience in Accounting and Reporting for month-end reporting to Group Headquarters

Financial Accounting and Reporting. Monthly closure of books of accounts for Group / Parent entity

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of statutory financial statements under Indian GAAP
  • Liaison with statutory auditors for completion of statutory audit
  • Interpretation and understanding of Accounting Standards – Indian GAAP & US GAAP
  • Liaison with tax consultants/auditors

•     Provide data for completion of tax audit

•     Provide details of intercompany transactions for transfer pricing report

•     Provide data for filing of income tax return

•     Provide data for annual audit under GST

  • MIS report to Management
  • Reconciliation of GL accounts including sub-ledger accounts

Basic Qualifications

  • Qualified CA or CMA

 

Experience:-  4 to 5 years

 

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Work from office
