Position Summary:

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented eProcurement Analyst to join our Global Sourcing and Logistics team. This role is pivotal in driving the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of our Jaggaer eProcurement platform. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with procurement, finance, account payable and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal utilization of eProcurement tools, contributing to cost savings and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary system administrator for the Jaggaer eProcurement platform, managing configuration, user access, supplier data, and workflow setup.
  • Perform daily reconciliations and troubleshoot transaction failures between Jaggaer and ERP systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and customization of eProcurement solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Facilitate integration of Jaggaer with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, AX, etc.
  • Align Jaggaer functionality with business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Apply deep analysis skills to identify root causes of system or process inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Resolve system issues in coordination with Jaggaer support and internal stakeholders.

  • Support supplier enablement and onboarding within the Jaggaer Supplier Network.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with procurement policies.
  • Support Jaggaer Contract and eSourcing modules, including template creation, event setup, and repository management.
  • Train and support end-users to drive adoption and satisfaction with eProcurement systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide support with specific tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years solid hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role with a focus on eProcurement systems.
  • Proficiency in eProcurement platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of procurement principles, RFx processes, and supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Jaggaer eProcurement platform.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and procurement workflows.
  • Understanding of the Source to Pay (S2P) process.
