Job Title:  HRIS Support Analyst

 

Location: Bengaluru  

 

Job & Division Summary: We are seeking Employee Central expert with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Success Factors Employee Central as well as report stories modules.

 

Responsibilities

  • Certified and proficient in Success Factors Employee Central, with at least two year of support experience.
  • Certified and experience in Success Factors People Analytics with hands on experience in creating multiple Module reports using Success Factors Report Stories.
  • Configure the Employee central module in SAP Success Factors based on business requirements and best practices in a multi-country environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee central module - Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the Success Factors Employee Central.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for Employee Central, Time Management, Compensation, and Variable pay modules.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SAP Success Factors releases and enhancements related to Employee Central management. Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary updates.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes.
  • Worked on incident system Service Now and managed tickets as per SLA defined by the organization.
  • Exposure to additional Success Factors modules is preferred.
  • Experience with Onsite offshore support model is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s in science or equivalent with SAP Certification in Employee Central and People Analytics
