Job Summary

Our EMEIA Payroll shared service center is seeking a hands-on Coordinator with a passion for Payroll, process driven solutions, harmonized policies, and a drive to a fast acting, collaborative environment. If you’re an Payroll Coordinator with a first experience in Payroll, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of Ingersoll Rands Payroll shared service center.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to maintain payroll related data for a various group of employees on a monthly basis in India
  • Arrange and process monthly payroll for all Shared Service customer companies
  • Clarify payroll related General Ledger accounts
  • Active team member at payroll and time & attendance
  • Includes knowledge transfer from the current locations into Shared Service Center
  • Provide customer service for all the companies which have their payments being handled out from shared Service Center
  • Backup for other Payroll coordinators in SSC
  • Solving problems in day-to-day business creatively
  • Day-to-day activities (for eg. gross and net pay calculations)
  • Assist with Payroll projects

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a global Payroll environment (India)
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Professionals degree
  • Experience in Payroll processes
  • Experience in a process and hands on driven environment
  • English language skills on a business level

Fully local based
