Job & Division Summary: 

The Product Cybersecurity Compliance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity compliance programs across the FCS product portfolio of brands including Thomas, TriContinent, Welch Vacuum, Scinomix, Zinsser Analytic, and Air Dimensions. This role partners with engineering, product management, quality, regulatory, security, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure products meet applicable cybersecurity requirements, particularly those established by the European Union Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

 

The position focuses on establishing and maintaining compliance documentation, coordinating vulnerability management processes, supporting cybersecurity risk assessments, and ensuring appropriate policies, procedures, and support infrastructure are in place to sustain long-term regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will serve as an internal subject matter resource on product cybersecurity compliance requirements and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor evolving cybersecurity regulations, standards, and guidance documents, with primary focus on the European Union Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
  • Support development and maintenance of cybersecurity compliance frameworks, policies, procedures, and work instructions across FCS businesses.
  • Coordinate creation and maintenance of technical documentation required for CRA compliance, including cybersecurity risk assessments, technical files, security requirements, software inventories, and compliance declarations.
  • Partner with product engineering teams to integrate cybersecurity requirements into product development and engineering processes.
  • Support product cybersecurity assessments and facilitate identification, tracking, and resolution of compliance gaps.
  • Coordinate vulnerability management activities, including documentation, reporting, corrective actions, and regulatory response requirements.
  • Maintain cybersecurity compliance records and evidence packages for regulatory reviews, audits, and customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with legal, quality, product management, engineering, security, and IT teams to ensure consistent application of cybersecurity requirements across product portfolios.
  • Support supplier and third-party cybersecurity compliance reviews as required.
  • Track regulatory deadlines, compliance commitments, and product cybersecurity obligations.
  • Participate in product release reviews to verify cybersecurity documentation and compliance requirements have been satisfied.
  • Support external assessments, audits, and regulatory inquiries related to product cybersecurity compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of cybersecurity compliance processes and supporting infrastructure.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and secure product development lifecycle concepts.
  • Knowledge of the European Union Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and related cybersecurity regulations and standards.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation development skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple compliance activities across numerous product lines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to influence and drive compliance activities without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of software, embedded systems, connected devices, or industrial equipment cybersecurity concepts.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or related standards is preferred.

  • Ability to direct and work effectively through others and be a participative team player

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

This position is based in Bangalore, India, with a hybrid work arrangement and minimal anticipated travel.
