Job & Division Summary:
Project Management of ETO Projects of Industrial equipment such as, Loading Arms, compressors, vacuum pumps, blowers and subsystems.
Responsibilities
-
Lead end-to-end delivery of ETO projects from order intake to handover, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets are achieved across orders.

Serve as the primary interface for customers and vendors. Run kick-off meetings, clarify technical and commercial requirements, manage submittals/approvals, and maintain a transparent communication cadence.

Align ITP, FAT & SAT plans, and documentation requirements with project schedules.

Coordinate engineering deliverables and ensure configuration control via PLM. Secure on time approvals to prevent downstream delays.

Plan and drive factory activities (assembly, testing) and logistics readiness; ensure export documentation, certifications, and compliance.

Work with project partners located in Europe to co-ordinate the Project Management Process
Mandatory Skills
-
Minimum 5 years managing engineered systems for process industries with success on custom builds.
-
Hands-on experience creating WBS, baselines, and controlling scope through formal change management.
-
Proficiency with MS Project (or equivalent) for integrated schedules, critical path tracking, and milestone management.

Proven coordination across Engineering, SCM, Manufacturing, Quality, and Service teams.

Minimum 1 Years’ Experience in Manufacturing production and Resource planning.
Desired skills:
-
Background with loading arms or related rotating/hydraulic equipment.
-
Working knowledge of P&IDs, GAs, and isometrics; understanding of PLM-based configuration control.

Understanding of API, ATEX, Pressure equipment directives standards.

Knowledge of OCIMF Standards
-
Exposure to export logistics and commercial terms.

Experience conducting structured customer and vendor meetings.

Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
Basic Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience in ETO or engineered industrial equipment.

Clear written and verbal communication in English.
