Job Summary 

The SAP Business Analyst - Data Migration will be responsible for leading and executing data migration activities for small to large-scale ERP implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP data migration framework, processes, strong technical skills, in-depth knowledge of tools, and the ability to collaborate with various business units and project teams to ensure successful data transfer and integration. 

Responsibilities  

• Independently drive data migration activities related to large ERP implementations. 

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and execution of SAP data migration strategies to meet the needs of the business and project scope. 

• Integrate data migration processes with other SAP modules and systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. 

• Maintain the data migration solution by coordinating new design requirements with ongoing deployments, supporting reviews with the Change Audit Board (CAB), and following company guidelines. 

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented data migration solutions. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of data migration solutions with business processes. 

• Provide expertise in data extraction, data cleansing, field and value mapping, data transformation, and loading processes. 

• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process. 

Basic Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred. 
  Minimum fifteen years of SAP implementation experience for large global enterprises. 

• 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration or related roles. 

• Strong understanding of SAP data migration tools and methodologies. 

• Proficiency in 2 or more SAP modules and data structures. 

• Experience with ETL processes and tools. 

• Hands-on experience in LSMW 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements 

This role requires 4 days in the office, and 25% global travel
