Job Summary
The IT SAP Business Analyst (PP) will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives for improvements in ERP and other applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP MM solutions to meet identified needs, minimizing negative impacts on operations, and maximizing the opportunity to realize benefits.
Responsibilities

Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop comprehensive technical specifications specific to SAP PP.

Translate business requirements into technical requirements for SAP MM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Configure SAP PP modules to meet business requirements and ensure optimal system performance.

Integrate SAP PP modules with other logistics modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management) to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Validate technical solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to SAP PP and provide advanced troubleshooting support.

Oversee the technical aspects of project solution delivery and ensure adherence to process governance.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP PP technology, including new hardware, software, and systems techniques.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum five years of SAP ECC implementation experience for large global enterprises. S4 transformation experience desired
Proven track record in manufacturing industry, including SAP S/4 transformation.

Ability to manage small projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
This role is hybrid & requires 4 days in the office, and 25% global travel

In-depth knowledge of SAP MM business processes and modules.

Technical Responsibilities:

Independently drive functional activities related to large ERP implementations.

Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP application forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (FRICE) to meet the needs of the business and project scope.

Integrate SAP PP modules with other logistics modules such as SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP WM to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.

Maintain the Enterprise application solution by coordinating new design requirements and FRICE development with ongoing deployments, supporting reviews with the Change Audit Board (CAB), and following company guidelines.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented SAP PP solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP solutions with business processes.
