Reports To: Director, Supply Chain M&A Integration

Position Summary: The eProcurement Leader is responsible for the analysis, implementation, and maintenance of Jaggaer, Ingersoll Rand’s eProcurement Application. They will work closely with the procurement team to ensure that the eProcurement tools are effectively integrated into the company’s procurement processes, optimizing cost savings, and increasing efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement practices, data analysis, and eProcurement technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage eProcurement Analysts to make sure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks are completed
  • Daily reconciliations and troubleshooting transactions that fail the interface between Jaggaer and the ERP
  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of eProcurement solutions to meet the organization's needs.
  • Facilitate the integration of eProcurement tools with other systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, AX and etc.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with procurement policies and regulations.
  • Train and support end-users in the effective use of eProcurement systems, ensuring high adoption rates and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot any system issues and drive enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain eProcurement documentation, including user guides, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the eProcurement system's user access and permissions in line with organizational policies.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on eProcurement system performance, user engagement, and ROI.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in eProcurement technology and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role with a focus on eProcurement systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Proficiency in eProcurement platforms, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • At least 1 year of experience being a people manager
  • Knowledge of procurement principles, RFx, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with Jaggaer
  • Understanding of the Source to Pay stream
