 Job Summary

The Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for driving full-funnel growth by combining data-driven demand generation with vertical-specific campaign strategy and account-based marketing execution. This role owns pipeline creation and conversion performance across priority industries and key accounts, translating customer and market insights into measurable commercial impact.

 

This leader partners closely with Sales, Product, Digital, and Regional teams to ensure campaigns are customer-centric, commercially aligned, and optimized for performance across the entire buyer journey.

 

Responsabilities

 

  • Own end-to-end demand generation strategy, driving pipeline growth, conversion performance, and measurable revenue impact across channels
  • Develop and execute vertical-specific and ABM campaigns aligned to business priorities in close partnership with Sales
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and sales outcomes using data-driven insights
  • Translate market and customer insights into targeted messaging, content strategy, and integrated campaign plans
  • Manage campaign planning, budgets, timelines, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting to ensure ROI visibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional/global stakeholders while mentoring team members to drive accountability and continuous optimization

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, vertical marketing, or ABM
  • Strong experience with CRM, marketing automation, and targeting platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and conversion improvements
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
