Digital Marketing Co-ordinator – Elmo Rietschle & Robuschi

 

Description:

 

A vacancy has arisen for a Marketing Co-ordinator within the Process Flow Technologies (PFT) business segment within the Demand Generation team, reporting to the PFT India Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge & experience of B2B product marketing and demand generation, ideally within the manufacturing sector. They will assist in driving lead generation for the Elmo Rietschle & Robuchi brands in India as well as providing support for regional marketing initiatives. The new role will be responsible for aiding and planning a wide variety of marketing activities and will involve cooperation with the regional & global contacts. This will include multi-channel marketing campaigns, website optimization as per the SEO strategy, product launches, rebranding projects, creation of collaterals and digital channels including websites and social media. The candidate will need to work closely with regional sales teams and product management to ensure ROI of all marketing activities and deliver to the needs of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Execution of high growth demand generation campaigns aligned to the commercial needs of the business.
  • Execute the production of the marketing communication collaterals.
  • Creating/Updating website contents from SEO point of view.
  • Optimizing PPC campaigns to ensure continually improving lead generation and ROI
  • Develop targeted content (organic posts, emailers, webinars) to attract ideal customers.
  • Keeping the social media calendar up to date and posting contents regularly on the official social media handles
  • Executing product launches & trade shows.
  • Analyze data and track results to optimize our demand generation efforts.
  • Report weekly on key performance criteria as well as campaign performance.
  • Maintaining and improving the quality and coverage of contact databases.
  • Establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

·       Degree or equivalent in Marketing.

·       2 years of relevant experience in B2B Environment

·       Well organized and self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Capable of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization

·       Fluent written and verbal communication in English.

  • Willing to learn and develop with a go-getter attitude

 

Nice to have:

 

  • Experience of using Marketing Tools like Google Analytics, OCM, SEMRush
  • Knowledge of digital marketing elements such as SEO, SEA, web editing and campaign management.
  • Basic design software skills, Canva, Adobe InDesign, etc.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems – particularly Salesforce.
