Job Summary:

The Lifecycle & Channel Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving aftermarket growth, customer retention, and partner-led demand generation across our leading market portfolio of industrial brands.

This role combines lifecycle marketing (customer journey, retention, aftermarket revenue/recurring revenue) with channel partner marketing (distributor enablement and co-marketing execution) to accelerate revenue growth across installed base and partner networks.

The ideal candidate will bring strong B2B demand generation experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to execute integrated marketing programs across customers and channel partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive lifecycle marketing programs to increase aftermarket revenue, retention, and repeat business across various brands
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns for service contracts (AMC/CMC), spares, upgrades, and customer re-engagement
  • Manage and leverage CRM data (Salesforce) for customer segmentation, campaign execution, and performance tracking
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with channel partners and distributors to drive pipeline and regional demand
  • Support onboarding and enablement of partners with marketing tools, content, and campaigns
  • Conduct regular partner marketing capability assessments and drive continuous improvement in ROI
  • Ensure alignment to Ingersoll Rand brand and customer experience standards across partner network
  • Own and optimize service-related webpages and digital assets to improve traffic, engagement, and lead generation
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and partner channels
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize programs to improve conversion and ROI
  • Collaborate closely with sales, service, product, and channel teams to drive business outcomes

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5-8 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sector
  • Strong experience in: Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, Channel Partner Marketing, Recurring Revenue models
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Preferably Salesforce)
  • Understanding of aftermarket/service business models

 

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

Work from Office (New Delhi HO), 40% Travel within India

 

 

Key Competencies:

  • Hands-on expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, website optimization, AI-driven enhancements, and integrated campaign execution
  • Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing programs and drive measurable outcomes
  • Proficient in working across multiple brands and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced B2B environment
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and presentation tools
  • Highly organized, pro-active, and goal-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills in a complex and diverse environment.
