Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for Distribution Sales (through Channel partners) and Direct Sales for Complete North & East Regions. This role will be responsible for increasing the Everest business in this region by growing the customer base and build positive Relationship with existing clients along with the help of Frontline Sales Team. Prior Experince of handling project business will also be handy. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Uplift the business of the allotted territory with the help of Frontline Sales Team.
  • Develop and uplift team for customer enquiry pipeline, forecast, and generate new business for Profitable growth.
  • Review channel partners performance on monthly/Qtly basis.
  • Evaluate performance of existing Channel Partners & support in appointment of new Channel Partners with Channel Management Group to grow the business
  • Developing and implementing Strategy to grow the business and profitability in the specified territory to meet Annual sales target
  • Influence the involvement of sales support personnel, including customer support and resources to meet performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Explore business opportunities by identifying prospective client and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Get information about competition initiatives and seek support from internal stake holders to counter competition.
  • Facilitate to resolve issues and improve Customer Satisfaction Experience.
  • Support in account receivables.
  • Assist in the development of the annual sales target
  • Responsible for administration activities such as quotation logs and CRM system

 

Basic Qualifications & Professional Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical will be preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Travel requirementsnce:

Travel of 10-12 days in a month – covering the Entire North + East Region

Experience 10-15 years shall be required

 

Key Competencies

  • Proven experience of sales management skills & proficient in MS office
  • Proactive & Self initiator with high level of dedication
  • Technical Sales experience in Pump/Blower/Compressors or similar industry
  • Good negotiating and influencing capabilities at senior level are essential

Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
