Position Summary:

 

Applications are invited from individuals interested in our 12 months learnership program. To be considered, applicants must adhere to all requirements outlined in this advert below:

 

Responsibilities

  • Attend and actively engage in both classroom-based learning and workplace practical training.
  • Gain exposure to various business processes and departmental activities.
  • Perform administrative and operational tasks as assigned by supervisors and mentors.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete assessments, assignments, and other programme requirements within specified timelines.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude in the workplace.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have a Grade 12/ Matric
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Any relevant Higher/ Advanced National Certificate will be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy
  • Not have previously participated in or completed a learnership programme.
  • All applicants must be a South African citizen without any existing bursary or contractual obligations from another organization.
