YOUR ROLE

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Working Student to support the structuring and management of product data across our headless commerce platform within the context of a B2B2C machinery manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital commerce operations, with a focus on product content, data accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

YOUR TASKS

 

  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and uploading product data (descriptions, specifications, images) into the CommerceTools platform.
  • Collaborate with brand teams to gather and validate technical product information on a global level.
  • Support the creation of product bundles, accessories, and downloadable assets.
  • Help streamline internal documentation and workflows related to product setup.
  • Coordinate with developers to ensure product data is structured correctly for ERP integration and frontend display.
  • Participate in QA testing for product launches and catalog updates.
  • Contribute to performance tracking and reporting using GA4 and other analytics tools.
  • Support to conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the machinery and industrial tools sector.

 

 

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related technical field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with structured data and spreadsheets.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital content management.
  • Good communication skills in English (mandatory); Spanish or other European languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
