Zur Verstärkung des IT Client Services Teams in unserer internen IT-Abteilung suchen wir Sie als

Mitarbeiter IT Client Services (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgabe

• Projekt Management - selbständige Steuerung und Umsetzung von kleineren IT-Projekten mit internen und externen Schnittstellen zu den Fachbereichen inklusive Reporting
• Incident Management – Aufnahme und Beseitigung von gemeldeten Störungen unserer internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zur Aufrechterhaltung des IT Betriebs
• Change Management – Umsetzung von Änderungen und Optimierungen an unseren IT-Services zur Verbesserung des IT Betriebs
• Problem Management – Erkennen und Beseitigen von zusammenhängenden Störungen
• Mitwirkung an der Standardisierung von Hardware und Software
• Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung der IT-Compliance und Aufrechterhaltung der IT-Security
• Eigenverantwortliche Administration von Benutzerkonten, Berechtigungsgruppen und Computerkonten
• Selbstständige Betreuung des IT On- und Offboarding Prozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
• Gelegentliche Unterstützung bei der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit der IT-Hotline

Die Anforderung

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informationstechnologie
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Rolle oder Position
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Windows Betriebssysteme bei Endgeräten und Servern
• Erfahrungen im Bereich von IT Service Management Prozessen / ITIL – idealerweise mit ITIL Zertifizierung
• Erfahrungen im Bereich von IT Ticketsystemen und Service Plattformen - idealerweise ServiceNow
• Erfahrungen im Bereich von Asset Management Systemen – z.B. LanSweeper
• Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicheres Auftreten und Teamplayer-Mentalität gepaart mit Zuverlässigkeit und Offenheit
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie lösungsorientierte und strukturiert analytische Fähigkeiten

To strengthen the IT Client Services team in our internal IT department, we are looking for you as a

Employee IT Client Services (m/f/d)

Your task

• Project Management - independent control and implementation of smaller IT projects with internal and external interfaces to the departments including reporting
• Incident Management - recording and eliminating reported incidents from our international colleagues to maintain IT operations
• Change Management - Implementation of changes and optimizations to our IT services to improve IT operations
• Problem Management - identification and elimination of interrelated problems
• Contribute to the standardization of hardware and software
• Supporting IT compliance and maintaining IT security
• Independent administration of user accounts, authorization groups and computer accounts
• Independent support of the IT onboarding and offboarding process in cooperation with other departments
• Occasional support in reaching the IT hotline by telephone

The requirement

• Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or completed studies in the field of business informatics or information technology
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role or position
• Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems for end devices and servers
• Experience in the area of IT service management processes / ITIL - ideally with ITIL certification
• Experience in the area of IT ticket systems and service platforms - ideally ServiceNow
• Experience in the area of asset management systems - e.g. LanSweeper
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident appearance and team player mentality paired with reliability and openness
• Strong customer orientation as well as solution-oriented and structured analytical skills
