YOUR TASKS

  • Leading, strengthening and developing our HR team
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies, guidelines and processes to support the company's goals for the site
  • You will advise, supervise and support the management and executives of a defined group of employees in all operational and strategic personnel issues as well as in labor law and collective bargaining issues
  • Workforce planning/initiation of job requirements, recruitment, selection and hiring of new employees
  • Planning and implementation of employee development measures and promotion of employee retention, hiring, transfer and dismissal measures
  • You will independently take on conceptual and project-oriented special tasks and support the further development and optimization of HR processes
  • You will work together with our works council in a trusting manner

 

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics with a focus on human resources or have a comparable qualification with a background in human resources management
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering or in another technically innovative environment
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to win over contacts at various levels for your ideas
  • You have a convincing, independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working, a pronounced hands-on mentality as well as a high sense of responsibility and reliability
  • You are fluent in German and English
