YOUR ROLE

 

Sales Manager Eastern / Southern Europe (m/f/d)

 

YOUR TASKS

  • Strategic expansion and sustainable development of the sales and service infrastructure in the Eastern/Southern Europe region
  • Establishing and intensifying long-term business/customer relationships with a focus on distributors, service partners and direct customers
  • Researching, evaluating, identifying potential and onboarding new sales partners to further expand the existing external sales and service network
  • Definition, planning and implementation of sales strategies
  • Sales planning for the area of responsibility, conducting planning meetings with the heads of the individual sales regions
  • Creating and maintaining contracts with distributors (sales partners)
  • Conducting joint customer visits and contract negotiations

 

YOUR REQUIREMENTS

  • You have completed training or a degree with a technical background and have experience in the sale of technical components or systems
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering or another technically innovative environment
  • Ideally, you have already gained some management experience
  • You have an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working, a strong hands-on mentality and a high sense of responsibility and reliability
  • You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
